The Lindenhurst site is the largest among all Just Kids’ sites, boasting 31 classrooms. We take great pride in offering a comprehensive preschool program that caters to both students with and without special needs. In partnership with the Lindenhurst School District, we serve as a UPK site for 4-year-olds. At our Lindenhurst location, we prioritize opportunities for gross motor development and sensory exploration throughout our facility.

Our students have access to two playgrounds, two gymnasiums, an OT/PT therapy gym, and scheduled gross-motor activities led by our Adaptive Physical Education teacher. Additionally, we have incorporated multiple sensory paths throughout the building and have created a dedicated multi-sensory library resource area for our students. We are proud to have highly trained staff members who specialize in assistive technology and Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) to support communication needs.

To ensure a high-quality learning experience, we have implemented the Creative Curriculum for Preschool. This curriculum provides a rich learning environment where all students can thrive. Our dedicated staff creates a safe and enjoyable play-based educational experience that fosters respect, independence, and optimal development.
