BCBAs and RBTs

Just Kids is proud to offer a comprehensive program that includes the expertise of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance the learning experience for our students. Our team of dedicated BCBAs  collaborate closely with our teaching staff, parents, and therapists to create individualized behavior intervention plans that focus on positive reinforcement. Through ongoing assessments and data-driven strategies, our BCBAs ensure that each child’s progress is carefully monitored and celebrated.

Working in tandem with our BCBAs, our RBTs play a crucial role in implementing these personalized plans. RBTs provide one-on-one support to our students, helping them acquire new skills, overcome challenges, and build meaningful connections with their peers.
