As part of our commitment to providing a comprehensive education, Just Kids is thrilled to have a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) who plays a pivotal role in our program. With a deep understanding of visual impairments and a passion for ensuring equal access to education, our TVI collaborates closely with students, families, and our interdisciplinary team to create a tailored learning environment that caters to individual needs. Our TVI works directly with students who have visual impairments to develop essential skills that promote independence, confidence, and success. They provide support in areas such as orientation and mobility, adaptive technology, and braille literacy, ensuring that each child can fully engage in the learning process.
